½ Kilo minced beef
Two onions – medium size
Salt – two tea spoons
Capsicum – small
Coriander – 3-4 leaves
Garlic – 3-4
Chillies – 2-3
Cook the minced beef first, add the coriander, garlic and salt then when the meat is cooked add the finely chopped onions, capsicum and chillies (stir all of them together)
Make fresh dough or buy it from the supermarket and fill it with the meat and deep-fry it.
Somali Rice & Meat
One lamb leg (deboned and butterflied)
Spices such as coriander, cumin, onions, and garlic
Cardamon, cinnamon, pepper
Cook the meat with all the above spices and water. When the meat is cooked, put the meat in the oven (until all crunchy) and cook rice with stock and serve.
